LOCAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Premier Mark McGowan and I will deliver a $102,000 lighting upgrade to the Mount Lawley Bowling Club as part of a re-elected WA Labor Government.
The investment will provide the club with modern, energy-efficient LED lighting, expanding the opportunity to host night events and help the club to grow its member base.
Mount Lawley Bowling Club has been part of our local community for more than a century, and new LED lighting will help the club continue to grow, allowing it to serve as a venue for major events, such as the 2021 Australian Masters Games in October.
As local MP and a local resident, I am very pleased to have secured this funding commitment in addition to the new synthetic greens we delivered last year to support a bright future for our local bowling club.
